Quality system(ISO)

The company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system and established a quality control center responsible for the entire production process. There are positions for raw material inspection, process inspection, and finished product inspection, with a total of 4 full-time inspectors. The company uses the enterprise ERP management system to establish a comprehensive product quality control process and traceability control process, ensuring the controllability and traceability of the entire process from raw material entry, semi-finished product circulation to finished product delivery.

Hardness testing: Desktop hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, handheld ultrasonic hardness tester, handheld ordinary hardness tester;
